1. Can I personally collect wines from WineActually HQ?
Of course you can! All you have to do is select the "Self pick-up" option at WineActually HQ and call us on 03 – 6272 4394 before coming. We are open Mondays to Fridays 10am – 7pm; Saturdays 11am – 3pm (GMT +08:00). No delivery charges will be incurred under this option.
2. If I place an order today, when will it be delivered / ready for pick up?
We offer three delivery options and they are discussed in turn below.

- Self-pick up at WineActually HQ - Free
Orders received before noon (12pm) will be ready for collection on the next business day. We would require you to present your order confirmation email/number or credit card used to make the purchase on collection. We would be very grateful too if you could call us at +603 6272 4394 to let us know when you'll be coming to collect your wines. In the event we are caught in an out-of-stock situation, you will be immediately notified via telephone.
- Standard delivery for 6 bottles and above (Klang Valley only) - Free
At the moment, this option is only available for our Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor) customers. Under this option, your wines will be delivered within 2 -5 working days. You will be informed of your delivery before it is despatched. Don't worry, we will not show up unannounced!
- Express next day delivery - RM30 flat
All orders received before noon (12pm) will be delivered the next day. If you would like to specify a later delivery date for the express next day delivery service, please leave us a note under Special Instructions.

3. Is buying online safe?
There are some risks involved with buying online, but it is not much more than buying in person. Also, our payment gateway (iPay88.com) is secure and is in compliance with PCI Data Security Standards and Malaysia Payment System Act. If you are uncomfortable with using your credit card, we also offer bank transfer options such as via Maybank2U.
4. How are your wines stored?
We realise our reputation is at stake if we do not store our wines carefully. Therefore, we keep all our wines in a temperature and humidity controlled facility 24 hours a day at our warehouse office at Bandar Menjalara.
5. What is WineActually’s return policy?
Customers are advised to check their orders immediately upon receipt as we cannot be held responsible for breakages or other damages once the delivery forms have been signed.
For corkages, please reseal the bottles quickly and inform us immediately either by phone (03-6272 4394) during office hours or by email (we check our emails very very regularly). For obvious reasons, we cannot accept corked bottles that have been drunk!
We are very friendly people, so please do not hesitate to contact us or come visit us at WineActually HQ. Everybody is welcome.
6. Can I hold wines without making payment?
Unfortunately, no. All orders must be processed and billed when placed to allow for them to be removed from our inventory.
7. My order is a gift, will there be a receipt included in the delivery?
If you would like your receipt to be sent to a different address, write us a note under Special Instructions with the address where you would like the receipt to be sent to when you are checking out.
8. My order is a gift, can I include a message?
If your order is a gift, write us a note under Special Instructions with your message when you are checking out. We will throw in a complimentary WineActually greeting card for your message and deliver it together with your order.
You can count on us to package it beautifully!
9. Do you have a retail store I can visit?
We do not have a retail store but you are welcome to visit our warehouse office at WineActually HQ if you would like to get featured on WineActually TV.
10. Are prices on the website the same as in the shop?
Yes, they are.
11. Do you ship outside of West Malaysia?
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of West Malaysia at the moment.
12. Can I send somebody else to pick up my order?
We require at least one form of valid identification (driver’s licence or NRIC) and the order confirmation number on collection. However, you may show the credit card that the order was billed to if you are without those items.
If you are sending someone else to pick up your order, we would require the appropriate identification and order number as well.
13. Can my wines be delivered to my work place?
Yes we are able to deliver wines to your work place, but it is your responsibility to make sure your employer is fine with it. Fair?
14. What will happen to my wine delivery if I am not around to receive it?
You could get somebody else to receive it on your behalf. However, that person must be 18 years old and above and must produce the order confirmation number on delivery.
In any case, we will inform every customer before the wines are being sent out to ensure somebody is there to receive the delivery or to arrange for an alternative delivery date where necessary.
For deliveries outside the Klang Valley, it is up to the customers to communicate with our courier company who will leave you a note if nobody is around to receive the delivery. It is then up to you to arrange for a re-delivery with our courier company. We cannot accept responsibility of corked wines as a result of re-deliveries.
